Vinification
At the winery, the grapes were gently pressed - the amount of pressure was individually selected for each varietal, based on the degree of ripeness. The Pinot Bianco juice fermented and matured in small oak barrels, while the remaining grape varietals were vinified in stainless steel vats.
The wine aged on the lees for a year and some months in the bottle.
Characteristics
Golden yellow in colour.
When young the wine is characterized by an elegant bouquet of exotic fruits. Over time, as the wine evolves, it develops a hint of sweetness, reminiscent of vanilla.
The wine is fresh and round with a warm, prolonged finish.
